A sign of things to come in Horsham Pennsylvania!
Tuesday, February 10, 2015
Special exception and variance approval was granted by the Horsham Township Zoning Hearing Board to construct a 400 square-foot sign, 25-feet in height, adjacent to the heavily traveled Route 309. Brian Seidel, a land use planner and landscape architect, provided land use planning testimony at numerous meetings and hearings in support of the application. Expert testimony was supported with graphic exhibits prepared by Seidel Planning & Design, Ltd. illustrating site context, photographic simulations, and illustrative landscape plans and elevations to secure the approval.
