Balloon Test performed in New York!

Seidel Planning & Design provided field investigation & conducted a balloon test in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The test was performed to assess the impact of a proposed commercial structure on the scenic views of the community. Photographs were obtained from nearby roads & properties illustrating a negligible visual impact to the area.
