Brian Seidel appeared before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board and presented a concept plan for the redevelopment of a fueling station that predated the underlying residential zoning district. The project required special exception approval due to the nonconforming use and numerous existing nonconforming setbacks. Seidel Planning & Design provided an interpretation of the zoning regulations favoring the redevelopment of the property, prepared concept plans illustrative design alternatives, and provided expert land use planning testimony to obtain the approval.
