Seidel Planning represents municipality in group home application

Seidel Planning & Design represented a Montgomery County municipality in opposition to a land development application for special exception. The proposed rehabilitative center was in conflict with the zoning ordinance and did not meet the specific definitions of a group home, Brian Seidel of Seidel Planning & Design, Ltd. testified the proposed use met the Township’s definition of a ‘Health Care Facility’ permitted in alternate locations within the municipality.
