A photographic inventory and photo-simulations were prepared by the Seidel Planning team to illustrate the potential visual impact of a proposed wireless communications facility in New Castle County, Delaware. The simulations were utilized to support land use planning testimony & obtain approval from the Board of Adjustment. Seidel Planning & Design continues to provide support services to the development industry in Delaware and the greater Philadelphia area.
