Seidel Planning’s landscape architects prepared landscape plans illustrating sight-lines, plantings, & topography of a proposed buffer for a commercial development application in Delaware County, PA. The graphics were reviewed with the surrounding property owners to obtain recommendations for screening methods & plant species.
1/7/2021 - Commercial landscape plans receive Township approval!
The landscape architects at Seidel Planning prepared landscape plans to accompany the land development application & requested waivers for a multi-tenant commercial building in Hatfield Township, Montgomery County. The plan provided parking lot buffers, street trees, & replacement plantings to meet the intent of the Township’s zoning & land development regulations.
