    A photographic inventory and photo-simulations were prepared by the Seidel Planning team to illustrate the visual impact for the addition of antenna and related equipment to an existing communications tower in Morris County Township. The graphic exhibits were presented and accompanied with expert planning testimony from Brian E. Seidel, LLA, NJPP.  Mr. Seidel provided justification to the municipal zoning board for approval of the requested use and height variances.

Public notice of the investigation was provided to the adjacent residential community members and scheduled for the weekend to review potential community impacts with the nearby residents.
